Terms and Conditions

I acknowledge that I am participating in this Wānanga Retreat at my own risk and agree to abide by all the Terms and Conditions. I understand that the organisers are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the Wānanga & Retreat.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions apply to your booking with IRA AIO (we, us). By making your booking, you are irrevocably agreeing to enter a contract with us on these terms and conditions. That contract becomes binding immediately upon our confirmation of your booking.

Prices
All advertised retreat prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied by us for any reason without notice prior to booking and payment of the deposit. Prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST.
We may increase the price of your booking at any time before your booking is paid in full to reflect any changes in our costs related to your booking that are beyond our reasonable control. This may include, without limitation, exchange rate fluctuations, changes in fuel prices, or the level of taxes or fees imposed by third parties (e.g., tourist taxes, landing taxes, or embarkation/disembarkation fees).

Dates and Destinations
All advertised and booked retreat dates and destinations are indicative until departure. IRA AIO will use reasonable efforts to ensure retreats take place as advertised. However, we reserve the right to change or cancel the dates and destinations of retreats for any reason at any time prior to departure.
If we change the dates of a booked retreat, and the new date is not suitable for you or we cannot provide a new indicative date within a reasonable period, you will receive a credit note equal to the price you have paid. You will not be entitled to a cash refund or any other remedy.

Payment
A deposit of 30% of the advertised price must be paid before bookings will be processed. Payment of the deposit means you have accepted our terms and conditions. We will notify you once your booking is confirmed.
Unless otherwise indicated, the balance of the price must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled retreat date. Full payment is required immediately if you book within 30 days of the departure date.
Where full payment or any part thereof is not made by the due date, we may treat your booking as canceled by you. In this case, we will retain any applicable cancellation fees as outlined below.

Cancellation by Participant
IRA AIO does not provide cash refunds unless required by law. If you cancel your booking, fail, or are unable to attend a booked retreat, the following cancellation fees will apply:

• More than 60 days before departure: 10% of the balance payment
• 60-30 days before departure: 50% of the balance payment
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the balance payment
  The remainder of your balance (if any) will be refunded to you in the form of a credit note. You will not be entitled to a cash refund unless required by law.

Credit Notes
All credit notes issued by IRA AIO are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. You are not entitled to a refund for any unused portion of an expired credit note. We may extend the validity of credit notes at our sole discretion.

Travel Insurance
You are responsible for your own travel insurance that covers trip interruption, personal injury, medical expenses, evacuation, and repatriation.

Health and Safety
You are responsible for your own health, safety, and wellbeing at all times during the Wānanga or retreat, including during all activities. You must disclose any health or dietary issues when booking.We may require you to provide a medical certificate confirming that it is safe for you to participate in the Wānanga Retreat. Despite any medical certificate, you participate at your own risk.

Airfares/ Transit costs
Airfares and transit costs are not included

Passports & Visas
You must ensure that you have valid passports, visas, and re-entry permits for all destinations. IRA AIO is not responsible for any issues related to immigration or customs.

Liability
IRA AIO is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs during the retreat, except as required by law. Our liability is limited to resupplying the retreat services or providing a refund.

Privacy
By booking with us, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for booking purposes. Photographs taken during the retreat may be used for marketing, and by booking, you agree to allow IRA AIO to use these images without compensation.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Variation
We may make reasonable changes to these terms and conditions by notifying you.
