IRAĀIO Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, purchasing, registering for, downloading or participating in any IRAĀIO teachings,
wānanga, services, memberships, digital content, physical products, educational resources,
events or online platforms, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy
and the Usage Policy.
These terms apply to all products and services offered by IRAĀIO whether delivered:
- online
- in person
- digitally
- physically
- live
- pre-recorded
- downloadable
- printed
- streamed
- subscription based
- membership based
- self-guided
- facilitated
- through future learning environments and platforms
2. Nature of Teachings and Educational Content
IRAĀIO provides educational, cultural, reflective and self-development based teachings and resources.
Teachings may include, but are not limited to:
- Mirimiri
- Romiromi
- Mahi Wairua
- Breathwork
- Karakia
- Māori philosophical frameworks
- Tinana based practices
- Online learning
- Wānanga
- Audio teachings
- Video teachings
- Digital resources
- Physical resources
- Written materials
- Membership environments
- Live or recorded sessions
All teachings and materials are provided for educational and personal development purposes only.
IRAĀIO does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, counselling, crisis intervention,
legal or financial advice.
Participants and users remain fully responsible for how they interpret and apply all teachings and practices.
3. Registration and Access
Access to digital content, memberships, courses or learning environments is granted to the
registered purchaser only unless otherwise stated.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and login information.
IRAĀIO reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access where account misuse,
unauthorized sharing or breach of these terms is suspected.
4. Lifetime Access and Ongoing Access Products
Where a product or service is described as including “lifetime access,” this refers to access
for the operational life of the specific version, platform or learning environment as determined by IRAĀIO.
Lifetime access does not automatically include:
- future major restructures
- rebuilt platforms
- substantially redeveloped versions
- expanded premium content
- certification pathways
- future learning systems
- additional memberships
- separately released programmes
- future commercial offerings
IRAĀIO reserves the right to update, restructure, revise, expand, replace, discontinue
or redevelop any platform, teaching structure or learning environment at its discretion.
Where reasonable and practical, notice may be provided regarding significant platform or version changes.
5. Intellectual Property
All content distributed by IRAĀIO remains the intellectual property of IRAĀIO unless otherwise stated.
This includes but is not limited to:
- written teachings
- videos
- audio recordings
- graphics
- designs
- diagrams
- downloads
- digital resources
- educational structures
- course layouts
- symbols
- branding
- printed materials
- energetic frameworks
- cultural educational material
Purchase or registration does not transfer ownership rights.
Users may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, commercially exploit or publicly share IRAĀIO content without prior written permission.
6. Personal Responsibility
Participants and users acknowledge that all teachings, practices and interpretations are undertaken voluntarily and at their own discretion.
Users remain fully responsible for their:
- wellbeing
- decisions
- interpretations
- emotional responses
- spiritual practices
- physical practices
- health considerations
- personal outcomes
Participants should seek appropriate professional support where required.
7. No Guarantees
IRAĀIO makes no guarantees regarding:
- healing outcomes
- emotional outcomes
- financial outcomes
- spiritual experiences
- educational outcomes
- business outcomes
- certification outcomes
- practitioner status
- personal transformation
Individual experiences may vary.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IRAĀIO and its representatives shall not be liable for:
- indirect loss
- consequential loss
- emotional distress
- misuse of teachings
- personal interpretation of teachings
- injury arising from application of practices
- technical interruptions
- platform outages
- payment processor issues
- third-party service failures
- loss of data
Participation in all teachings, wānanga and practices is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own discretion and responsibility.
9. Digital Products and Downloads
Digital products, downloadable files and online content are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or files have been delivered unless otherwise required under applicable consumer law.
10. Physical Products
Where physical products are sold, users are responsible for ensuring delivery information is correct at the time of purchase.
IRAĀIO is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processes or third-party delivery providers.
11. Community and Platform Conduct
Where online communities, live sessions, memberships or discussion environments exist, participants agree not to:
- harass others
- abuse community spaces
- distribute harmful material
- engage in unlawful behaviour
- exploit participant information
- intentionally disrupt learning environments
IRAĀIO reserves the right to remove access where conduct is considered harmful, inappropriate or unsafe.
12. Privacy
IRAĀIO collects and stores user information for operational, educational and payment processing purposes in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Payment information is processed securely through third-party payment providers and is not directly stored by IRAĀIO.
13. Modification of Content and Services
IRAĀIO reserves the right to modify, update, remove or discontinue any:

- lesson

- resource
- pricing structure
- platform feature
- service
- educational material
at any time without prior notice.
14. Governing Law
