IRA AIO

This Waiver and Acknowledgement Form (“Agreement”) is intended to confirm the voluntary participation of the undersigned in any and all services, events, courses, and offerings (collectively, “Services”) provided under the IRA AIO kaupapa, either in-person, online, or through other digital platforms.

By agreeing to the terms set out below, you acknowledge that you understand and accept all associated risks and responsibilities.

1. Nature of Services

You acknowledge that the Services provided may include but are not limited to:

• Mirimiri and Romiromi bodywork
• Wānanga (educational workshops)
• Spiritual guidance, breathwork, karakia, and energy work
• Online teachings, courses, and digital resources

These Services are based on traditional Māori healing philosophies and are not intended as a replacement for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other licensed health care services.

2. Voluntary Participation & Personal Responsibility

By signing this form, you confirm that:

• You are voluntarily engaging in the Services.
• You have disclosed any physical, emotional, or psychological conditions that may impact your ability to safely participate.
• You accept full responsibility for your own wellbeing before, during, and after any Service.
• You understand that energetic, emotional, or spiritual effects may occur and that these are part of the process.

3. Liability Release

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All Services are undertaken at your own risk.
• No warranties or guarantees are made regarding the effectiveness or outcomes of any Service.
• The facilitators, representatives, contractors, and associated entities involved in delivering these Services accept no liability for injury, harm, loss, or damages of any kind arising from your participation.
• Public liability insurance is held for Services provided in both New Zealand and Australia, subject to the conditions of each policy.

4. Intellectual Property & Use of Materials

You agree that:

• All content shared through the Services — including course materials, healing protocols, teachings, recordings, and proprietary concepts — remains the intellectual and cultural property of the provider(s).
• You will not record, reproduce, share, distribute, or adapt any materials without prior written permission.
• Online sessions may be recorded for quality or educational purposes. You will be informed in advance and may opt out of being recorded if you choose.

5. Cancellation, Refund & Dispute Policy

• Cancellations, changes, and refund requests are subject to the policies published at the time of your booking.
• Any disputes or refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. While all matters will be considered in good faith, all final decisions relating to refunds, cancellations, access, or ongoing participation are made at the sole discretion of the service provider.
• Participation in any IRA AIO Service does not entitle the participant to a specific result or guarantee of outcome.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of:

• New Zealand – including but not limited to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
• Australia – including state and federal law applicable to complementary health services.
• Other jurisdictions – to the extent permitted under the law of the client’s place of residence.

Where applicable, legal action or resolution must be filed within the relevant country where the service was delivered.

7. Acceptance & Binding Agreement

By submitting this form, you confirm the following:

• You have read and understood the terms of this Agreement.
• You agree that this Agreement applies to all current and future Services you receive under the IRA AIO kaupapa.
• You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions without limitation.
